From The United Kingdom

Well here we are. Once more it’s time to blog. Since the last time I talked to you we spent a couple of weeks resting in the Meadow Lake area. During this time we were able to visit with many of our support team and prayer partners in that area. On the 12th of this month we put the sails to the wind and headed out on what is to be an adventure of a life time.
We left Kelsey (the dog) with Jackie. Because she had seen the suitcases hauled out to the truck and was filled with the excitement of going for a long ride only to be told she had to stay home, she was whimpering pretty loudly as we left. We made our first stop of the adventure at Olds Alberta where we spent a night and most of a day with Rick and Anita Jones who are the WEC representatives in Alberta. We left our truck with them and Rick drove us to the airport in Calgary where we climbed aboard the biggest airplane I have ever seen. Since neither of us have ever flown anywhere that required 9 hours in flight we did not rest at all, and the plane came to a halt at London Gatwick Airport 35 minutes early. We went through Customs and picked up our baggage, which miraculously was just where it was supposed to be, all without any delay and went to pick up our rental car.  We got all the paper work done and headed out to the lot to get the car and low and behold if they hadn’t put the steering wheel on the wrong side of the car, then when we got out on the road everyone was driving on the wrong side of the road. You gota know how difficult it is to drive in and out of all that oncoming traffic so I decided to drive on the wrong side to, that worked much better.
In Canada we think that a building that is 100 years old or so is really old. Well, we are spending the night and the next nine nights is in an old mansion that would make most of the buildings in Canada appear to be brand new homes. As neither of us have had any sleep for the last 30 hours I will publish this blog tomorrow once my already fast asleep editor has had a chance to turn all the  badly spelled and mixed up  words into real words.
In the next day or so I will try to tell you more about this place and, if I can figure out how, even post a video or two.
God bless you all. With love

Erwin & Gail
